TERMS AND POLICIES PAYMENTS: Executive Group Rentals accepts payments by cash, personal check, money order or Visa/Mastercard. A security deposit and half of the total rental fee is due within 72 hours of receiving the rental contract. Your prompt payment is appreciated, as we are unable to guarantee a hold on any property for longer than 1week. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation letter with a map, check-in directions and list of items to bring. Please verify that all of your information is accurate. Final payment, including any taxes and fees, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. CANCELLATIONS: SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security Deposits are refunded by mail within 30 days of your departure providing there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges or phone charges to be deducted. Upon your departure the property is inspected and prepared for the next guest. Please be sure all dishes have been washed, all trash has been collected and disposed of properly. AGE LIMIT: To reserve a home with Executive Group Rentals, you must be at least 25 years of age or older. Failure to honor this request will result in security deposit charges and eviction. Rental fees will not be refunded. OCCUPANCY: Properties may only be used by the number of adults and children listed on the rental contract. Parties or gatherings must be disclosed to Executive Group Rentals when making your reservation and an additional security deposit may be required. PARKING: Ample parking is available at most properties. You will be notified of any parking restrictions and/or availability. The number of cars allowed is listed in your lease. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 5:00 PM CST. The property will be left open and keys will be inside. If you cannot check in by 5:00 PM, please stop at the Executive Group office before 8:00 PM to pick up your keys. CHECK-OUT Check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Check-out by leaving your keys and please leave the door unlocked. Please adhere to this time frame, as we need time to prepare the property for the next guest. Late check-outs will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for each hour after 10:00AM. TELEPHONES: All of the properties have private phones to use for local, credit-card, calling card and out-going collect calls. Most will not allow long distance calls. Any phone charges will be deducted accordingly. HOUSEKEEPING: Prior to your arrival, the home is cleaned and set up with fresh linens and towels. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. Most properties have laundry facilities on site. Please keep the property clean. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee and prior notice is needed. Cleaning is added on top of nightly rates only, otherwise included in cost. PETS: No pets are allowed on the premises, unless allowed by the owner. SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking, unless allowed by the owner. If smoking is not allowed inside, please smoke outside and dispose of smoking materials responsibly. RIGHT OF ENTRY: Executive Group Rentals or authorized agents may need to enter the property for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, or real estate showing. Our best efforts will be made to prevent any inconvenience or disruption of your vacation. RESPONSIBILITY: Prices, property and other specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that a reserved property subsequently becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the control of Executive Group Rentals, a refund or alternative property may be offered. Executive Group Rentals and the property owner shall be held harmless and be indemnified from any claim, loss, expense, damage or injury resulting from guests’ use or occupancy of the property. Executive Group Rentals will not assume responsibility for loss, delay or expense caused by weather, strike or other circumstances beyond the control of Executive Group Rentals.
